Displacement pumps

Oil-less rotary vane vacuum pumps are positive-displacement pumps that feature sliding vanes in a rotor rotating within a cavity. Rotary vane pumps never experience internal metal-to-metal contact, so they are able to self-compensate for wear.

Rotary vane pumps

Becker’s oil-less rotary vane vacuum pumps are similar to other vane pumps. However, these pumps feature unique benefits you will not find with standard vacuum pumps. Their straightforward construction with single shaft direct drive makes for a robust, long-life rotary vane pump with low operation and maintenance costs.

Screw pumps

Becker’s screw vacuum pumps are dry positive displacement pumps designed for rough vacuum. They have two counter-rotating rotors and a housing that encloses the rotors. Thanks to the direct drive via an integrated frequency inverter, a drive gear is no longer required.

Roots Booster Pumps

Roots booster vacuum pumps, or roots blowers are dry positive displacement pumps. They operate using the Roots operating principle, a working principle similar to rotary vane pumps. These pumps are the ideal solution when fast pumping speeds are required.

Turbo Dynamic Pumps

The SV 1100/1 is a turbo dynamic pump that offers high performance with 100% free of oil and contact during operation. These side channel blowers are low-maintenance, highly efficient, and require only minimal maintenance.

Claw pumps

Becker’s hook and claw vacuum pumps utilize a positive-displacement operating principle, similar to rotary vane pumps. Claw pumps are 100% free of oil and contact during operation. To achieve this, two claw-like rotors rotate within a compression chamber. They rotate in opposite directions without touching one another or the chamber

Side Channel Blowers

Regenerative blowers contain a contact less, fast rotating impeller inside a blower housing. On both sides of the impeller there are two ring-shaped separate side channels along with the housing. The rotating impeller pulls air in through the inlet side, accelerates the air or gas inside the housing, and then discharges it through the outlet side once it is fully pressurized

Radial Blowers

Radial blowers are designed for high delivery volumes. The volume flow can be precisely adapted to customer requirements using the frequency inverter integrated on the motor. Radial blowers contain a very fast and contact less rotating impeller and are therefore wear and maintenance free.
